It is with sadness that the passing of Donna Bell of Morristown, Tennessee is shared. Donna, born on April 24, 1956 in Alexandria, Virginia, passed away on October 8, 2026. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Rawlett and Clara Bell Rawlett; her sisters, Brenda, Debbie and Joan; her brother-in-law William Edward Bell, Sr.; her son William Edward Bell, Jr.; and her siblings, Joyce Taylor, Sandy Higgs, Charles Pearson and Sonny Rawlett.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Hamblen Memory Gardens (5421 E Andrew Johnson Hwy, Morristown, TN 37814).
