She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Bass; her parents, James Shoemaker and Martha Shoemaker; and her sister Beatrice Beal. She is survived by: her children, Danny Bass (Kimberly), Tambra Urbanowski (Bobby) and Pamela Boyd; her grandchildren, Brandi Patterson (Brandon), Joshua Bass (Brittney), Austin Helton (Lindsay), Zackary Boyd, Quentin Boyd (Brittany), Jordan Boyd (Monica) and Caleb Boyd (Julia); and her siblings, Edward Shoemaker (Charlene), Pauline Gray and Gwen Hollifield. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Westside Chapel Funeral Home, Inc. (3521 W Andrew Johnson Hwy, Morristown, TN 37814). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Jarnagin Cemetery (855 S Fairmont Ave, Morristown, TN 37813).
