She was predeceased by: her parents, James Isbill and Scenia Isbill; her siblings, Arthur Isbill (Betty), Croley Isbill (Faye), Robert Isbill and Janie Pence (Charlie); and her stepson Phillip Rice.
She is survived by: her husband Cecil Rice; her sister Mary Wilma Rice (Jasper); her daughters, Rhonda Kuhbander and Jayne Flatter (Benjamin); her stepchildren, Stephen Rice (Sherry) and Angela Jensen (Eric); her grandchildren, Nick Kuhbander (Brittany), Sara Baker (Tyler), Dustin Flatter (Julia), Jeremiah Flatter and Malachi Flatter (Anna Oostra); and her stepgrandchildren, Jordan Hoskins, Elrik Jensen (Felicia), Tessa Wilson (Brady), Kaylee Helton (Jason), Kaelyn Painter (Cody) and Caleb Rice. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to Bean Station Church of God or Gentiva Hospice.
