With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elizabeth Rhea Watkins of Morristown, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 21, 2026 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Watkins; her sons, Frank Watkins and Robert John Watkins; her siblings, Joe Bob Walker, Lynn Walker, Eddie Walker and Anna Tucker; and her parents, Frank William Walker and Minerva Aileen Leeper Lively.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Charlotte Watkins; her brother John Walker (Kathy); her niece Tammy Olaker (Kenny); and her nephews, Johnny Walker (Pam) and Scotty Walker (Hope).
