He was predeceased by: his mother Mildred Myers; his stepfather Robert Myers; his father Palmer Joel Kuykendall; and his brother Marvin Kuykendall. He is survived by: his children, Carmelita Webb (Gary), Daniel Kuykendall and Samuel Kuykendall (Leslie); his siblings, Timothy Kuykendall, Devonda Powell and Sharon Smith; and his girlfriend Loretta Carpenter. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Alder Funeral Home (4524 W Andrew Johnson Hwy, Morristown, TN 37814). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Jefferson Memorial Gardens (812 E Broadway Blvd, Jefferson City, TN 37760).
