Hal Crockett and Jerri Parker Crockett; his sister Tish Beck; his sibling's children, Ashley Hite, Derek Hite and Seth Beck; his daughter Emma Mayfield; his close friend Phyllis Gibson; Shania Gibson. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins; as well as many friends.
