He was predeceased by: his wife Laura Earls; his son Jeffrey Earls; and his parents, Garrett Earls and Bernice Earls. He is survived by: his son Michael Earls (Connie); his granddaughter Megan Earls Elliott (Seth); and his sisters, Betty Hatmaker (Jerry) and Linda Dalton (Jim). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
