We bid farewell to Gary Michael Long of Morristown, Tennessee, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 21, 2025 at the age of 71. Gary touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Long; his parents, James Long and Pearl Long; and his brother David Long. He is survived by: his stepdaughter Angie Bowlin (Mike); his grandchildren, Mickaela Bibbins (Dylan) and Savannah Whitt; his great grandchildren, Elaina and Jaxson; his brothers, James Long, Jr. and Dale Long (Sharon); his siblings-in-law, Ricky Dodson (Tina), Brenda Long, Marie Hensley and Mary Henson; and his friend Diania Long. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Bent Creek Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to Westside Chapel Funeral Home for funeral expenses.
