He is survived by: his wife Lea Ann Stapleton Holt; his stepson Andrew Swann; his brother Frank Holt; his sister-in-law Kathy Holt; his mother-in-law Pat Stapleton; and his brother-in-law David Stapleton.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Westside Chapel Funeral Home, Inc. (3521 W Andrew Johnson Hwy, Morristown, TN 37814). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Jefferson Memorial Gardens (812 E Broadway Blvd, Jefferson City, TN 37760).
