He was predeceased by: his siblings, Rufus Norton and Mary Ellen Norton. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Racey; his children, Billy Racey, Crystal Harkless (Jason) and Linda Bolden; and his siblings, Marvin Norton (Regina), Larry Norton, Lisa Racey and Anna Hodge. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
