He was predeceased by: his wife Jo Ann Ivy; his son Steve; his parents, Dudley Ivy and Mary Louise Ivy; and his sister Loretta Dukes.
He is survived by: his nephew Johnny Jones.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Thankful Missionary Baptist Church (3956 Maple Valley Rd, Morristown, TN 37813). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Hamblen Memory Gardens (5421 E Andrew Johnson Hwy, Russellville, TN 37814).
