She was predeceased by: her husband Rufus L. Hux (R. L.); her parents, Dan J. Rickard and Vera Rickard; her parents-in-law, W. A. (Bill) and Elva Hux; and her sisters, Patsy Morrisett and Muriel Collins.
She is survived by: her daughter Rachel Hux Mitchell (Kevin); her granddaughter Danielle Mitchell; her grandson-in-law Nick Lowe; and her siblings, June Wilder, Clyde Rickard, David Rickard, Roy Rickard, Linda White and Keith Rickard (Lonna). She is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Alzheimer's research, Buffalo Trail Baptist Church of Morristown, or Gentiva Hospice.
