She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Russell Parks and Ruth Irene Filegar; her sisters, Mary Lou Goodman, Laura Childs and Linda Parks; and her children, Victoria Lynn Rounds and Richard Rounds.
She is survived by: her husband Fred Whitacre; her daughter Tracey Taylor; her stepchildren, Cameron Whitacre, Rhonda Ratliff, Fred Whitacre, Jr., Gary Whitacre, Sherry Whitacre and Timothy Whitacre; her grandchildren, Robert Taylor, Jr., Koltan Taylor, Zachary Taylor and Cherish Taylor; and her siblings, Russell Parks and Nellie Fellows. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and an amazing group of friends.
