He was predeceased by: his wife Janice Haley; his parents, George Haley and Lillie Leona Haley; his siblings, Earl Haley, Rose Irene Riley and Jessie Ilene Overstreet; and his grandmother Fern Neely.
He is survived by: his son Jeff Haley (Kelley) of Dickson; his grandchildren, Chase Haley (Samantha) and Bethani Lankford; his great grandchildren, Emma Carter, Savannah Matlock, Noah and Carter Lankford; his sister Norma Jean Moore; and his close friends, Hank, Teresa, Aaron, Casey Smith and Terry West. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
