She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Collins; her parents, Hubert Bell and Ruby Bell of Sneedville; and her brothers, Billy Bell and Jackie Bell.
She is survived by: her nephews, Jackie Bell Jr. and Jeffery Bell (Tracy); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Elijah Bell, Brittany Johnson, Michael Bell, Lindsey Loftis, Jasmin Bell and Jeffery Bell Jr.; and her sisters, Beatrice Manness, Betty Moore, Elizabeth Williams, Clearence Collins, Emma Brogan, Jackie Collins (Michael Collins), Charlotte Coffey (Fred CollinsSpecial Friends) and Ada Bell (Tommy Jones).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Sunday, June 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the McNeil Funeral Home (124 Church St, Sneedville, TN 37869).
