She was predeceased by: her husband Carl C. Murray, Jr.; her parents, Lawton Bales and Louise Walker Bales; and her brothers, J. B. Bales, Clarence "Cump" Bales and Donnie Bales.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Murray (Sandra), Teresa Harville (Stan) and Janet Hinson (Kevin); her granddaughters, Kaitlyn Harville, Courtney Harville and Kristin Hinson; her stepmother Willie Bales; her siblings, Ronnie Bales (Irene) and Wilhemina Greenlee (Keith); and her siblings-in-law, Ed, Blanche Murray and Aileen Foley. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
