He was predeceased by: his father Jesse Heskett. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Heskett; his children, Gage, Faith, Kendall and Reese; his mother Dewilla Heskett; his parents-in-law, George and Barbara Bond; his brother Dennis Heskett (Ruth); his sister-in-law Beth Wright; his nieces and nephews, DeAndra Herndon (Aaron), Taylor Wright, Adam Heskett (Lauren), Ian Heskett (McKensie) and Alex Wright (Nora); and his children, Tyler Sandstrom (Madison Misenheimer) and Leah Lindstrom (Matte Salansky).
In lieu of flowers, a scholarship for a chiropractic student is being created in Michael's name, alongside The Chiropractic Revolution.
