She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Garfield Helton and Willie Blanche Bass. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Collins (Angela) and Chris Collins; her grandchildren, Joshua Collins (Tiffany), Kayla Hatfield (Phillip) and Alivia Collins; her great grandchildren, Aiden, Eli, Oliver Collins and Lucca Hatfield; and her brothers, Melvin Ball (Diana) and John "J. D." Bass. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
