The memory of Orpha Ann Harrell (Morristown, Tennessee), who passed away on July 20, 2025 at the age of 80, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Miller Lee Vaughn and Mable Green Vaughn; her siblings, Bill, Eddie Vaughn and Norma Jean Vaughn; and her siblings-in-law, Vernon, Waymon Harrell, Gorman Lipe and Dorothy Harrell.
She is survived by: her husband James "Mousey" Harrell; her daughter Brenda Holt (Jeff); her grandchildren, Weston Holt (Ashley) and Chesney Holt (Chad Broyles); her great grandchild Anna Grace Holt; and her siblings-in-law, Glen "Rooster" Harrell, Unav Lipe and Barbara Harrell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Westside Chapel Funeral Home, Inc. (3521 W Andrew Johnson Hwy, Morristown, TN 37814). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hamblen Memory Gardens (5421 E Andrew Johnson Hwy, Russellville, TN 37860).
