She was predeceased by: her parents, Keith Horner and Gearlene Horner. She is survived by: her sons, Clint Sawyer (Emily), Jacob Sawyer (Lara) and Wesley Wells (Riley); her grandchildren, Kylie Sawyer, Leland Sawyer and Elijah Wells; her sisters, Beth Smith (Craig) and Charlene Wolfe (Robert); her aunt Mitzi Edmonds; and her caregivers, Keith Long and Vickie Sawyer. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the East Chapel of Allen Funeral Home (200 Jaybird Rd, Morristown, TN 37814). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
