He is survived by: his daughter Janice Baxley (Marty); his grandchildren, Dillon Baxley (Brooke) and Beth Hayes (Jordan); his great grandchildren, Waylon Neely, Carson, Addie Baxley, Jaycee and Ren Hayes; his siblings, Jim Long (Donna), Joe (Trish) and Evelyn Smith; his brother-in-law Willis Parker; and his close friend June Thompson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
