He is survived by: his wife Joann Baxley; his children, Gary Baxley (Teresa), Terri Russell (Keith), Joel Baxley, Robert Baxley, Jr., Alvin Baxley (Melissa), Larry Baxley (Katelyn) and Jeremiah Baxley; and his siblings, William Clinton Baxley (Lisa) and Ruby Gail Wilson. He is also survived by several grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
