He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H. Gulley and Gertrude Bernard Gulley; his siblings, Howard, Tom, Lynn, William "Dub" George, Ira Lee Gulley, Betty Rhea and Mary Long; his former wife Mary Marie Gulley; his wife Kathleen Gulley; and his daughter Kimberly Gulley.

He is survived by: his sons, Billy, David and Mark.
