She was predeceased by: her father Grady Smith. She is survived by: her mother Beulah Mayes; her children, Heather Neikirk (Jason Young) and Cody Neikirk (Nicole); her siblings, Chris Helton and Shonna English; her former husband Gary Neikirk; her grandchildren, Legend Young, Waylon Neikirk and Colton Neikirk; and her friends, Jeff Davis and Clifford Shults. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and other family members.
