He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel H. Morgan, Sr. and Mabel Burleson Morgan; and his siblings, Jean Kaiser and Robert Lee Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Constance Hodge Morgan; his children, David Morgan, Lori Guess (Todd) of Knoxville, Joseph Morgan, Daniel Morgan and Catherine Perreault of Huntsville; his stepchildren, Brent Oliver of Bean Station, Jarrod Oliver and Andrea Wolfe of Morristown; his grandchildren, Chris, Will, Max Perreeault, Hannah and Gabe Guess; his stepgrandchildren, Dylan Wolfe, Cora Oliver, Kaitlyn Oliver and Joel Oliver; his stepgreat-grandson Hendon Wolfe; and his sister Peggy Morgan of Asheville, NC..
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hillcrest Baptist Church (410 S Liberty Hill Rd, Morristown, TN 37814). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
