It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tammy Nash of Morristown, Tennessee, who passed away on September 25, 2025, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Tammy departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Tammy may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Tammy leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Porterfield and Katherine Hunt Porterfield; and her brother Dwayne Porterfield. She is survived by: her children, Candice Cervantes (Rafael) and Aaron Levi; her grandson Dakota Rodriquez; and her brother Kenny Porterfield (Evelyn).
A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Dover Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery (1505 Dover Rd, Morristown, TN 37813).
