She is survived by: her husband Hank Smith; her sons, Casey (Moriah) and Aaron (Abbey Butler); her granddaughters, Adley and Hallie; her brothers, Sammy West (Fleeta), Mike West (Marsha) and Terry West; her brother-in-law Chuck Smith (Teresa Murph); her niece Christina West; and her cousin Donna Calfee (Don).
