He was predeceased by: his parents, Lexie Smith and R. B. Smith; his half-siblings, Yvette Coffey, Durl and Ronnie Smith; his aunt Tiny; and his uncle Gary Pollard.
He is survived by: his wife Susie Smith; his children, Josh Smith (Wendy), Jordan Smith (Kayla) and Sara Smith; his grandchildren, Bentley, Emerlee, Bexley, Brynlee, Ari, Axel and Oaklee; and his brother Tony Smith. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
