He is survived by: his children, Lauri Mullins of Knoxville, TN, Michael Bevens of London, KY, Victoria Morris of Mineola, TX and Mark Bevens (Christy) of Mooresburg, TN.; and his brothers, Brad Ruggles of Hudson, MI, Larry and Rick Ruggles. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and many other extended family.
