He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos Dexter Lowery, Sr. and Irene Lowery Parr (Holder); his wife Peggy Kelley Lowery; and his sister Nelda Bomar. He is survived by: his children, Carla Gould (Sonny) of Moscow, TN and Dexter Lowery (Suzanne) of Cordova, TN.
