It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy E. Brooks of Mosheim, Tennessee, who passed away on October 19, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Patsy E. Brooks to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph "Buddy" Brooks; her parents, Joel Kelley Barlow and Ruth Patton Barlow; and her siblings, Phyllis Brown, Evelyn Wall, Betty Bales, Bobby Barlow, Billy Barlow and Joel Ralph Barlow.
She is survived by: her son Joel "Ralph" Brooks; her daughter-in-law Teresa Brooks; and her granddaughter Alison Whitmer (Brooks).
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Antioch Cemetery (4320 Marvin Rd, Bulls Gap, TN 37711).
