He is survived by: his wife Vicky Goolsby; his daughter Cierra Clements (Russ); his grandchildren, Ella Grace and Grady Worth Clements; his brothers, Jimmy Goolsby (Eulanda) and Mike Goolsby (Suzanne); his mother-in-law Betty Sue Smith; and his brothers-in-law, Calvin Smith (Sonya) and Anthony Smith (Lee).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, November 8th 2026 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home (307 W Lake Ave, Celina, TN 38551). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 8th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, November 8th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Macedonia Cemetery (528 Macedonia Rd, Moss, TN 38575).
