She is survived by : her husband Steven Strong; her siblings, Sue Dailey, Betty Jean Allen (Johnny) and Joe Felix Spivey (Nell); her stepdaughter Dana Balch (Heath); and her stepgrandchildren, Estelle Balch and Jude Ellis Balch. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 8:00 AM at the Upton-Hay Funeral Home (307 W Lake Ave, Celina, TN 38551). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at the Macedonia Cemetery.

The family request in lieu of flowers that memorial contributions be made to either McDonald Cemetery or Macedonia Cemetery.
