He was predeceased by: his parents, Stuart Bellamy and Bettie Bellamy. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Bellamy; his son Chad Bellamy (Lori); his grandchildren, Joshua Bellamy (Emily) and Madison Bellamy; his sister Jo Bellamy; his sister-in-law Linda Repass (Mickey); his nephew Jon Simpson; and his niece Sabra Simpson. He is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
