She is survived by: her husband Joe Mitchell; her children, Matthew Mitchell and Rachel Seal; her son-in-law Jim; her grandchildren, Olivia Barrett, Ean Barrett and Willow Seal; her sisters, Vicky Fields (Rodney), Sandy Richards (Pete) and Tamara Adams (late Jerry); and her friend Rhonda McGhee.

Kay was so much fun too. She knew how to build relationships by having fun. The games she came up with made us laugh so hard. We love Kay so much! Our heart and prayers are with each of you - Joe, Matthew, Rachel, Vickie, Tamara, Sandy, grandkids, neices, & nephews.”
