We are sad to announce that on April 17, 2023, at the age of 48, Donald Travis Kelly of Mount Carmel, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Donald Curtis Kelly; his grandparents, Clyde Eugene Carter (Faye) and Harkins Kelly (Myrtle); his brothers, Kevin Eugene Carter and Israel Kelly; and his stepbrother Freddie Darnell.

He is survived by : his mother Connie Caldwell (Carter); his wife Connie Kelly (Laney); his stepmother Jennifer Kelly; his children, Olivia Kelly, Amy Hall, Brandi Williams (Matt) and Corey Kelly (Savannah); his grandchildren, Hailey Hunt, Caydan Hunt and Eliza Williams; his nephew Sammy Ervin; his pet Roxy; and his brothers, Butch Laney, Kevin Smith, Howard Bowman and Ricky Carter. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
