He is survived by: his former wife Linda Dixon Flanary; his sons, Johnny Ray Flanary II and Wesley Flanary (Rebecca); his brother Alfred Flanary; his granddaughter Hannah Street (Matthew); and his great grandchildren, Clayton, Lakelynn and Ensley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
