He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Light Bolton; his grandson Lee Johnson; his parents, Sam Bolton and Audra Bolton; and his siblings, Mary Alice Hensley, Ray, Grover Charles, Waylon and Bill Bolton.
He is survived by: his children, Connie Jean Dean (Larry), Patty Marlene Johnson (Joe), Kermit "Bud" Bolton and Mike Bolton; his grandsons, Rob Dean and Josh Bolton; and his brother Paul Bolton. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter.
