He is survived by: his wife Karen Collins; his sister Patricia Honaker; his sisters-in-law, Sharon Burleson, Eva Stiltner and Nancy Hess; and his close friends, Ed Brickey, Cheryl Calhoun, Jack Johnson and Cindy Estes. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, including three great-nieces and two great-nephews.
