He was predeceased by: his parents, Joel II (Helen Curtis) and Claude Barrow II; his sons, Joseph Barrow and Dedrick Lewis, Jr.; and his siblings, Lisa Middleton, Jackie Jackson, Claude Barrow III, Tyrone Barrow, Victor Barrow, Raymond Curtis and Dennis Barrow.
He is survived by: his wife Lavonne Barrow; his children, Allan Barrow II, Kyle Jones, Fallan Faulkner (Nathan), Fiana Barrow and Keja Jones; and his siblings, Melinda Ann Curtis, Angela Curtis (Buffy), Roselyn Middleton Reed, Danielle Middleton, Craig Middleton and Darrin Barrow. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and several cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Spring Hill Funeral Home (5110 Gallatin Pike, Nashville, TN 37216). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Spring Hill Cemetery (5110 Gallatin Pike, Nashville, TN 37216).
