He is survived by: his parents, Victoria Wade and David Wade; his wife Margaret Workman Wade; his sons, Andrew Wade, Jack David Wade and Ben; his aunt Sandra Walker; his uncle Ernie Walker; his cousins, Jason Walker (Brian Golden) and Rod Walker (Meg); his uncle Paul Stubbs; his aunt Tommi Stubbs; his cousin Maghen Cantrell (Jerramy Cantrell); his close friends, Brent Merrick, Jeb Neal, Alan Honer, Barron Chandler and Alexandra O'Reel; his parents-in-law, Lee Workman and Mark Workman; his siblings-in-law, Rebecca Kilday and Derek Kilday; his nephews, Beckett and Weston Kilday; Peyton, Campbell, Emery Anne, Hank, Reece and Ryan.
