She is survived by: her children, Lisa Jacobs, Jeffrey "Jake" Jacobs (Anne) and Lynn Jacobs; her grandchildren, Timothy Jacobs (Abby), Morgan Pink (Mike), Kelli Jacobs and Andrew Jacobs; and her great grandchildren, Cameron and Charlotte Jacobs.
