He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Leeman McDonald and Olive Elaine Carter McDonald. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Dorris McDonald of Mt. Juliet, TN.; his sons, Nathan McDonald (Lauren) of Mt. Juliet, TN and Adam McDonald (Tonya) of Hendersonville, TN.; and his grandchildren, Rachel, Kate, Andy and Marshall.
