He is survived by: his girlfriend Lisa Ann Reavis; his daughter Amber Coogan Bell (Scotty); his siblings, Elizabeth Coogan Leonard and James C. Coogan; his granddaughter Mary Bell; his nephew John Leonard; and his aunt Ellen A. Meinhold.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hermitage Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens (535 Shute Ln, Old Hickory, TN 37138).
