He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Domzal and Ervin Domzal. He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his children, Mark (Kristin Kastner), Rebecca Hutchison (Scott), Bethany Sanders (Jonothan) and Alyssa Domzal (Derrick Ollinger); his granddaughter Julia Domzal; and his children, Erin, Abby, Fiona Hutchison, Owen, Caroline Sanders and Abbey Ollinger.
