He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Michelle Mullican (Wilson); his children, Lydia Rae Satterfield (Jonathan), Kurt Davis Mullican (Jackie Mau) and Robert Alan Mullican; his grandchildren, Houston Duke and Emma Lee Satterfield; his sisters, Betty Orr (Frank) and Carol Lessley; and his sisters-in-law, Gwen Mullican and Angie Wilson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
