He is survived by: his wife Joan Kay Lyke (Mt Juliet); his sons, Rick (Nashville) and Jeff (CA); his grandchildren, Amanda Siemens (Aaron) of VA, Abigail (Jared), Stephen (GA) and Andrew Cate (NY); and his great grandchildren, Isaiah and Autumn Stephen (GA).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chattanooga Funeral Home - North Chapel (5401 TN-153, Hixson, TN 37343). A burial was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at the Hamilton Memorial Gardens (5351 TN-153, Hixson, TN 37343).
