She is survived by: her caregivers, Meleah Wheeler (Ricky), Robert Cook (Kathy) and Tony Cook; her grandchildren, Danny Cook (Brittany), Caleb Cook, Dr. John Michael Cook (Micaela) and Kristin Cook; and her great grandchildren, Caley, Kendall, Cora, Hannah, Emma and Colter.
