He was predeceased by: his parents-in-law, Rupert and Judy Blair; his grandparents, L. A., Adina Taubert, Esco and Opal Beaty; his aunts and uncles, Winton Beaty, Donnie Beaty, Teddy Beaty, Max Taubert, Bobby Taubert, Madeline Beaty Walls, Peggy Beaty, Mary Beaty, Freeda Beaty and Linda Beaty; and his brother-in-law Rupert Oscar Blair, Jr. (Rupie).
He is survived by: his wife Georgina Beaty (Blair); his sons, Maxwell Augustus Beaty (Nevaeh Burns) and Jude Alexander Beaty; his parents, Clarence Denton and Doris Beaty (Taubert); his aunts and uncles, Billy Taubert, Benton Beaty (Janie), Danny Reese Beaty, Michael Beaty (Jackie), DeAnna Peavyhouse (Taubert), Janie Beaty (Garrett), Jessica and Lynn Gore; his cousins, Brittain and Quinn; and his sister-in-law Carlene Blair Williams. He is also survived by cousins, other family and many friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Jennings Funeral Homes Chapel (414 N Main St, Jamestown, TN 38556). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Center Belle Baptist Church building fund.
