He was predeceased by: his parents, James David Haynes and Betty Jean Dabbs; his sister Pam Haynes; and his niece Faith Alexis Wade. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Haynes; his children, Chris Haynes (Melissa) of Lebanon TN, Clint Haynes (Lacie) of Mt Juliet TN and Stephanie Haynes Nabors (Chris) of Nashville TN; and his sister Vivian Haynes of Hendersonville TN. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
